Aug 5, 2022 · As far as the actual rolls on the Hand Cannons go, the Survivor’s Epitaph has Feeding Frenzy and Moving Target, which isn’t fantastic for PVE or PVP. The Vulpecula has Killing Wind and Adagio, which again, isn’t great on a weapon that can roll killer perks like Headstone. Grab them to add to your collection of Xur’s Mistakes, if you like. No Survivors PvP god roll. Barrel: Extended Barrel. Magazine: Ricochet Rounds or High-Caliber Rounds. Perk 1: Rangefinder. Perk 2: Target Lock (also good: Elemental Capacitor) In PvP, you want to opt for range. Extended Barrel is a decent option as it bumps up your range while giving you 100 recoil direction, making your recoil perfectly ...To actually answer your question, I like the first roll a lot. Killing Wind gives you great handling and accuracy and Frenzy gives you a nice damage bump without necessarily needing a kill. Other perks are solid.
